Not to be a smartarse but what ya tryin to do is wrong...slap the bars on then use a string to route your cables mentally then measure the string. That would be the correct way. I didnt read all the replies and most likely someone else posted what I just said.

You should be just fine. Here you go:
I hope this will suffice, I know that it can be a PITA measuring your lenghts when you don't even have your h-bars to present them on the bike (that was my case), I did it the hard way but there is no reason for you to do the same thing if I can help.
