Default Detachable Sissy-Bar for FLSTS??

Anyone have any ideas on what it takes to get the sissy-bar detachable on a 98 FLSTS? I've looked on the HSOA website and I'm more confused than I was before. Thanks for any help!!

I wish i had purchased that one.... you don't have to mess with your rear lights and it seems pretty simple to take on and off.
