Default crossbone saddle bags work on 08 fatboy?
anyone know if the crossbones saddlebags will fit the 08 fatboy. love the looks of the crossbones bags. bUT THE MOCO BOOK SAYS it will not fit. Help me out here. they are both soft tails......

I was looking into this myself. The bolt pattern on the fatboy and cross bone struts are the same. Its the stock exhaust on the fatboy, the rear pipe rides high. So if you don't have the stock pipes than it should be a go.
