Very true i love how Apes look. Nice job on you bike man. For me i would have to go with 16" i'm really not tall at all.

Ok now tell me how much different is it with apes to my 7" pullback Super sweeps to everyday riding and turning, and or U-turning, leaning etc.

As you would expect. My 12" pull backs I had before made me lean forward and hurt my back. Now i just catch wind and hold on. Got a windshield for touring. I won't go back.

Default questions?

How do they change the way the bike handles? and do your arms get tired while riding the bike?

Handling...the bike becomes a lot more of a cruiser than a lean and carve bike...it is a much more relaxed riding position.

Comfort...well, because it is a much more relaxed riding position, for me anyway, it is a lot more comfortable...I like to think of it this way, you can watch the football/baseball game at home on the couch...leaning forward, like when you grab a chip and dip it in salsa, or when you something crazy happens in the came and you crouch forward to get your eyeballs closer to the screen...or you can lay back on the couch, arms up on the top of the pillows, and kick your feet up on the coffee table.

Another try...

To me, drag bars feel like watching the game bent over at the waist..you no when you are really into the game, maybe you've got your forearms resting on top of your legs, both feet flat on the floor, sort of crouched forward, watching every detail in the game.

Then ape hangers, laid back on the couch, feet kicked up, beer in one hand, g/f or wife in the other, paying attention to the game, but at the same time paying attention to everything else around you.

Don't know if that make any sense at all...but that's how I see it anyway

Apes...the couch potato way to ride!!!
