my uncle has one on his fatty it looks good but for the longer rides he puts the stock one on it doesn't have much padding.

I have one of the custom leather Brawler seats on my Night Train. When I first installed it, I thought I'd made a terrible mistake - it felt like riding on a board. It took about 500-550 miles to break in. Once broken in though, it's great. I've done 400mi days without a sore butt.

if the stocker rides better - that should tell you something. the stock seat was the first to go when I got my Fat Boy home.... what a POS.

I put one on my night train. Got it for 100 bucks so I figured I would give it a try and I am happy with it.

The Brawler leather solo was one of my 1st mods. At first it was a tad bit hard but soon it got more and more comfortable and now after 48000 miles i would not change it for twice what I paid for it.

I've had one on my standard for a few years now. Its a good seat for around home but after a few hours gives me butt burn. Doesn't work for me on long trips however, maybe my butt is the weak link.

I got mine dirt cheap off ebay too. Guys wife posted it in some section where no one could find it but me. Imho it's a great seat. Give it sometime to break in as others have said.
