I'm missing a rubber gromet from my Under Seat cover on my Rocker C.

The Battery cover is directly under the seat and is the piece of plastic that is removable. Beneath that is a piece called the Seat Cover...? Don't know why cuz it doesn't cover any seat, regardless, it is Part Number 51971-08. Tried Harley's website and no Go! Anyone have any ideas where to plug in this part number and get a unit price and shipping?

You can get it from Zanotti's for $16.32 or from Chicago Harley-Davidson for $16.32.

Yup, it's GREAT for GREAT ideas!!
I just ordered the part from Chicago Harley and got them to throw in a T-Shirt as well.
Noticed I was missing one of the rubber gromets that holds the driver seat in place when I was running the wire looming under the seat redirecting the liscence plate running lamp. Figured I should get that part asap as i noticed when I first got the bike that the seat wasn't holding down as much as I would like but at that time i missed the Gromet issue.
