You need to let us know exactly what has been done thus far. What air cleaner and if you have a download or tuning module. Then as stated above define what cheap is to you. I recommend a power commander from Fuel Moto mapped for your setup to start with and a high flow air cleaner if you do not have one. Maybe a good Dyno tune once you get all this. Cams and everything else will help as well, but it all depends on what you want to spend.

they did put in a new air filter when the stealer put in the stage 1, and they gave me some module that i have to take back with me when i take the bike in to get work done on my bike, but the filter must be internal, because you don't see it like the screamin eagle heavy, other then that, the only mods have been cosmetic

Oh,.... sounds like most of the problem is with the tune then!
(not familiar with those pipes, might be part of the issue).

Find a reputable tuner! Sounds like you already have a SERT. (and an aircleaner).

i also have this screamin eagle super tuner that the dealer gave to me that apparently i paid $459.99 for and im not sure what the hell it is, guess the stealer assumed i knew already, and since this is my first bike, obviously I don't, i just thought it was part of the stage 1 package i paid for, can anyone send me some information on this super tuner if its any good, or what it does, or what it can do

They must have just put a canned (generic) map in that tuner.

You need a reputable tuner to put that bike on a dyno and do his magic.
You will be surprised how good that bike will ride. A local Indy will charge around $300 for that, so if you are going to be doing any more motor upgrades, I'd get them done before the tune (or you'll have to adjust the tune again).

That tuner is a little overkill for your current mods, but a great device none the less.
You can do massive building to your motor and still be able to tune with that.

You have either a SERT or a SEST. That's good. You also have the S/E air cleaner. That's good too. Get a decent pipe, find someone to tune it, and you'll be amazed at how much better the thing runs.
