I suggest the Magnum Sterling chromite cables. Just give Dr. Vtwin a call he will hook you up.

+1 on the Magnums. They are quality cables and look great. On their website they have an easy system for finding the length you need:

I have the Harley DiamondBacks. The Magnums appear to be the same coloring. Be careful when ordering the front brake hoses the replacement will be 2 pieces, where as a stock hose is 1 piece. Make sure the coloring is the same on the Magnums, I have seen them in a steel gray and a white gray.

+2 I'm about to order a full set-up of the Magnum "Black Pearl" cables from Dr. V-Twin myself.

Here are the Harley Davidson Diamondback part numbers for stock Handlebars and stock lengths for a 2007 Deluxe. Double check me on these numbers.

Clutch cable - part # 38850-09
Throttle Idle Cables - part # 56807-05A
Upper Front Brake Hose - part # 42770-07
Lower Front Brake Hose - part # 42371-07
The 2010 Harley custom book on page 613 at the bottom states that there are no rear diamondback brake lines for 2007 models.
Check online for your best deals if you are using stock length cables and use these numbers, but double check me for accuracy.

I can tell you this don't waste your money on the Harley diamond backs.Mine have been on 3.5 years now and have turned to ****.My bike is garaged and covered when not ridden so sun and element have not been part of it.Recently had to replace the pull cable on the throttle and couldn't get just that cable from H-D so got a Magnum to replace it.No comparison in the 2.Go with the Magnum cable.G.
