+1. I played with the upper fender linkage shims and re-bushed the linkage ends. Mine (1993) just clears the Dunlop on the left side. Apparently, that's as good as it gets. I'm not sure why Harley didn't center the fender better.
It's all about producing a machine we can't work so they can rip us off in the service department. H.D.= HUNDRED DOLLAR. I've got the fender kit ordered, should be here in a couple of days. I thought about putting an extra washer or shim in the left side to walk that bolt out and away from my tire. I've got Avon Cobra Chromes on it. I've always run Avon Cobras. I'll let you know how it works. Better regrease the bottom rockers. Especially if they squeak going up and down. I'll get back when and if I get it back together Bro. Later..
