go w/ the HD part

some of the aftermarket ones I've seen are thin and kinda cheap looking.

I rode w/ a guy who has a Mustang bib on his bike...damn thing fluttered in the wind and looked like it was gonna blow off.

my .02

You can run them outside the triple tree to get them there. That's what I have always done since changing bars a couple of times. I'm too lazy to do them again, maybe a winter project.

What size bars did you go with? I have 18"s and I am almost positive the extensions that I made were only 6".

The bags are street glide bags that a friend of a friend had laying around. Got the cyclevisions brackets and fillers from another member and bam, thats what the bike looks like! lol I think it looks awesome, I get a lot of compliments on the set up.

I am running 14" la choppers and well I am just going to solder in some more wire and fix that problem. I think the bike hates me right now cause nothing seems to be going back together right everything is fighting me. I dig the bags I have been trying to find some I like to put on mine. Whish I could find the same set up to steal your idea and look on them. Beas whish I would have read this all before chopping the extensions again oh well time to move forward. Any tips on getting the throttle and idle cables back in. Seems like I can get one on the grip but the other is a inch short and not in the sleeve but the cable itself?
