Do the exhaust first. It will change both the look and sound of your bike. To me finding the right exhaust is one of the most satisfying upgrades you can do.

Do all 3 at the same time!!! BUT if you cant afford it all at once, and cant wait to wrench, do the pipes first like everyone else said. Me personally, I'd get the scoot inhaling and exhaling better all at once! Good luck Bro.
