Default an even longer rear brake pedal?

I have the EZ Brake pedal installed on my 98 Fat Boy, but it's still sitting on top of my foot. I installed the Harleygoodies board extenders and that helped some. I really need some way to move the rear brake pedal about another 2 inches forward without resorting to all forward controls. Softbrake has a +2 pedal for touring bikes but not for softails. Anybody know another way to tackle this?

Move your foot BACK two inches. lol!

In reality, I have no idea...sorry. I've just learned to deal with it and have gotten used to the motion I need to use to get to the brake. It's not like driving a car...
