The member who's sig looked similar is ttlpakg. I'd love to hear what he's got into that bike and what the possibly similarities/ difference are with the original picture I posted. This is ttlpakg's sig:

Yep, that is ttlpakg bike.

He is still around, PM him, he will answer.

What a small world, I came across the garage picture a number of months/years ago and saved it to my computer and then just recently decided I want a bike so I pulled out the picture and started googling things trying to see if what I could find out about the bike/ gather information on mods and here I have found the owner to ask directly.

so the kit includes:

Two-Five-O Conversion includes:
• Leather Solo Seat
• 11" Wide Fender
• Billet Aluminum Struts
• Steel Rock Guard
• Swing Arm
• Offset Kit ^

So in addition, it has a wider ear wheel/tire? Plus riser bars, exhaust, andd ?

excuse my ignorance but what's a lower? and what's poweder coasted on the triple tree? hard to see but are the wheels powdercoated black too? looks like the wheel is but the spokes aren't, or maybe it's all black. hard to tell. and obviously the tank and fenders were also painted or powdercoated flat black?

sounds pricey, lol. how long does it take to install the kit? and what exhaust is that? I wonder how much the price of all the mods and powder coating is, probably less than the price of a low mile used bike to start with. lol. 3 more days and then i can PM him bugging him for more pics.

the lowers are the bottom of your fork tubes..the tripple tree is the top tree and bottom that hold the fork tubes on the neck

They look like V&H big radius 2-into-2... But you gotta give it your own flare brother. It a good base but if you notice we all have a little different look. You should just ask him to sell it to you.
