i talked to kuryakan today. i asked them about a rear frame cover/boomerang cover for my 09 deluxe with samson true duals. they said they didnt make them for my application because "there isnt enough softails with true duals to profit from making them. it wouldnt benefit them". any ideas? i guess i can chrome the frame huh?

I hated the look of that big piece of plastic also. I just removed it and installed the Harley polished stainless inner fender. It really cleans up the rear of the bike. Like all Harley mods though, it can be a real bitch to install.

I had to notch the Kury boomerang cover to properly fit with true dual's. I also recommend the Kury chrome inner fender cover. It makes a huge visual impact.

hey I know this post is forever old - do you still have the bike and would you be able to get me some photos of this cover ? I have a 07 with true duals and this is the only place I’ve found into - and assumed I would have to cut some the cover away for it to fit on the left side like you have.

thanks

Seeing he hasn't been on since 2014 you might have to do a little digging for more info. Good Luck.
