Default True Duals

I am in the process of deciding which set of true duals to get for my 2010 Heritage. The Vance & Hines are $579 an Dennis Kirk. The Samsons are $854 .Are the Samsons worth the extra money? Are they better?

I'll get you the Samson's for $749 shipped. The V&H are nice but I far prefer the Samson's. For me it is the way they look and sound that does it for me.

V&H - you can change baffles
Samson - you can't change baffles

V&H - don't follow contour of the primary
Samson - follow contour of the primary, they provide new shift linkage to accommodate that.

V&H - Rear pipe is flattened a bit to fit between cylinder/seat post
Samson - Rear pipe not flattened, they provide new seat post to accommodate for it.

Samson or V&H ... it's about looks and sound and how much you are willing to pay. Also some think the fish tails on the Samson are nicer than the ones on the V&H. (the fishtails on the V&H are extra! MSRP about $170)

I liked how the pipe curves down, seems to flow with the bike. The sound is Awesome also.
Both are great systems, you cant go wrong with either one. The Samson Tails look better IMHO
