Update of my bike......
Last Saturday, I rode to the local dealership for a used parts sale. Didn't find anything, so I headed over to an indy shop to see if they had anything interesting going on. Chatted with a few people there and then was called into work. On my way, I ran inot a guy who wanted to do some custom work to my bike......
This is all I've seen of my bike since being drug away from it on Saturday. My dad and bro-in-law picked it up with my trailer and it is at my dad's house in the trailer. Dunno when I'll be on it again yet........

Oh.... and here's me sitting in the ER at the hospital waiting to see what the plan is.....
Had to wait to do surgery on Sunday afternoon. A pin in the outside ankle bone and a plate with screws on the inside. Luckily, that was the most damage. Other than that, just some scratches and bruises. I got to come home Tuesday (FINALLY!) with a walker and soft boot. No weight on the ankle for 6 weeks!
The guy who hit me admitted fault. He was really nice (and worried). A few other people stopped to help out too. I was exiting the freeway and had the right-of-way to pull over to the right lane to turn on a cross-road. We were doing about 20 - 25 mph and the guy decided he wanted my lane. Too quick for any reaction other than locking down the brakes. The guy behind me said the brake lights came on about the time of the collision.
