Risers or handle bars for 09 rocker

You can swap out the risers completely, but HD also sells beach bars, and a set of Rocker drag bars, they are about 3" narrower, and 3" less pull back. They... are sweet, its what I swapped onto my bike.
but here in the great white north they have a law against bar to seat hight... *** holes.
