Default Stop/Turn/Tail Light conversion

I am having my tins painted up for a '97 Fatboy. I've searched for insight, how-to or other guidance for a stop-turn-tail light conversion. Since I will have no brake light after the paint job, does anyone have a list of part numbers (or links to parts) that I will need to do the conversion? I plan to relocate the license plate to the side (somewhere) with an LED to act as a license plate light. This leaves the old signals as the only rear-facing lights. Any thoughts? Thank you for your help

I have the Custom Dynamics LED Turn signals with the Street Magic Triple Play Run/Brake/Turn Controller. They work great and are really bright!
