I got a quote for a set of Ride Wright all chrome 50 spoke Fat Daddys:

"the set of 16x3.5 front and rear all chrome the fat Daddy Fifty spokes $1450.00 a set tube less"

Good price? Or does it sound like it should be negotiated?

that sounds good compared to the quote I got, but my sizes were bigger and I was getting a bunch of powdercoat.....send Drew a message he can get Ride Wrights also, he may be able to do better.....

What about rotors and pulley.. Can't do the wheels without doing those too..

Now I need you guys to help me figure out which rotor will go best with the Fat Daddy 50. I will have hard bags to no sense in getting a pully that will be covered up.

If the price is steep and your not in a hurry to get the wheels you can always get the DNA's only thing I've heard bad about them lately is is takes about 6 weeks to get wheels and you can probably get both wheels off of eBay or kcinternational for like 500 just run tubes anyways. Sam fudged up my friends tubeless and then tried to charge my friend foe what he ordered and paid for in the first place.

 

Believe it or not... Dealers such as Drew can get better pricing than the source.

Bike comes back from being painted in 2 weeks. 6 weeks wait for the wheels? I didn't think I could afford the wheels this year and put it off, but I should have ordered them weeks ago. Drat.
