Softail Deluxe Rear Saddlebag Guards
I'm looking to get rear saddlebag guards for my Deluxe and need your help.
Looks like there are 2 part numbers you guys are using...
49261-00a for the Heritage
49258-00a for the Springer
Can anybody tell me what the difference is among the two?
Also, do either one of those require modification for install on
a 2010 Deluxe?

Saibaba- What bags did you use and why is the stock seat now not removable? I ask because I have yet to put the bags on my 2006 Deluxe but when i go with the bags, I'll also go with the guards.
I have a Corbin Solo on the Deluxe. It uses the stock grab rail but a separate mount. Rear goes on first.

Rear saddle bag guards
I have the bars for the Heritage and after installing them I have just found out that the stock seat doesn't fit back on the bike now. Has anyone else had this issue? The top bars from the guards are right where the seat bar bolts to the bottom of the seat. :-( little upset now with this product!!!
Forgot to add I am running vance & Hines long shots without a problem. Just where the seat attaches to the rear rail is the problem!!!
