I don't have them on my deluxe but from what I know the heritage ones have a bigger diameter tube and have more of a square or 90 deg bend on top. The springer ones have smaller diameter tube and are rounded at the top bend. Both look good in my opinion.
Thanks Jesse...it looks like alot of the guys are leaning towards the springer version of the rear bars. I think I'll go with that myself since I have the nostalgia bars up front.

picked up the springer kind yesterday...installed no problems
gotta say it doesn't look very well with the stock seat eh....
not to mention, i can't get the stock seat off now..ha
Saibaba- What bags did you use and why is the stock seat now not removable? I ask because I have yet to put the bags on my 2006 Deluxe but when i go with the bags, I'll also go with the guards.
I have a Corbin Solo on the Deluxe. It uses the stock grab rail but a separate mount. Rear goes on first.
I have the bars for the Heritage and after installing them I have just found out that the stock seat doesn't fit back on the bike now. Has anyone else had this issue? The top bars from the guards are right where the seat bar bolts to the bottom of the seat. :-( little upset now with this product!!!
Forgot to add I am running vance & Hines long shots without a problem. Just where the seat attaches to the rear rail is the problem!!!
Does anyone know if the springer saddlebag guards will fit on a 2012 Fatboy? I'm not running the stock exhaust, I have Samson Longhorns, and I already have passenger floorboards from a heritage installed.
