Don't understand this - my seat goes on and off like it always did?

 

If you purchased the springer guards they are designed to fit the springer and deluxe with the seat rail mounting under the seat. The heritage bars do not fit at all on the deluxe with the stock seat. Wish I could find me some springer bars!

Don't mean to steal a thread, but will these guards work on a Heritage with hard bags from a Streetglide installed?

Thanks for that, nice to know. I was gonna buy a set for the wife's deluxe....but she is going to put my RKC leather bags on a baggertail for more room. Deluxe bags dont hold much. Hers are going up for sale.

 

That sucks, I was hoping to install a set this year....

 

I got a set of heritage bars if somebody wants them for 50 bucks
