Default 07 deluxe

my wife wants to move up from the 883c to a deluxe.really fits her well.she's a little undecided though.we're going to test ride one tonight.but she doesn't know if she wants to but one now and let it sit till spring and make payments on it,or just wait till spring to buy one.she is not a cold weather rider, but you know how it feels when you want something, the dealer has the color she likes in stock and i told her she might not get that come spring.they also have the 15% off parts and labor now and again i don't know if that will be there come spring

I would order now for spring delivery. Why waste 3 months of warranty? Also new paint schemes often come out around that time, so she might change her mind last minute. Most dealers are OK with that.

The other thing is... She may be perfectly happy with her bike come springtime. Sometimes the impulse wears off, and you realize that what you have is really what you want.

Go for it. Think of all the fun you'll have opening the garage door and sitting on the new Deluxe thinking of your first ride in the spring. It's not a money decision, otherwise you'd prob buy a Honda.

My experience: I you want it and you have the money buy it, 'cause it won't be there when come back.

I do not know where your from but if your in a seasonal climate you will still get two summers out of your warrantee so it really does not make much difference when you get it. Jan to Jan one summer season so go ahead and do it and you will have time to do mods if you like and you should get a pretty good deal out of season
