I think a new bike should have 'perkey' bags, but an older gal should be let to age gracefully... see below.

I think I'm going with those who like the natural, if saggy, look. I haven't asked my wife to go the silicon route so won't put stiffeners in my saddlebags.

I LOVE A BIG RACK! So I want to ensure my bags always look full and "out there"
I turned to "Dr" Papa for the lift! Don't regret it!

1st thing I did when I got the FB back with new Springer bags was to park it in the sun and worked in about 1/2 a tub of Harley Leather Conditioner. Mean while the Bag Shapers were sitting in the sun getting pliable.

I just figured I wanted them nice as I paid good money for the bags.

I still wipe Leather Dressing on them once or twice a month.
