+1 on the licks. Put a bell 500 tinted shield on an I still get wind on my face without the bugs and I dont have to wear glasses. Wind noise is real low and its so damn light you can hardly feel it

I'm in the same boat. In fact I just started a thread a few days ago asking what people do to control wind noise. I'm thinking of a 3/4 helmet too. I'd rather keep my hearing than look cool.

Ear plugs are a necessity whether it is a half helmet, 3/4 or full face. You'll be amazed at how quiet it gets.

it's not on, but there's my Bell 500 ... love that helmet. The young people don't get it. They think it's ugly ... I dig it.

I had a Biltwell custom made for me... After anything with a motor, my favorite things are women, whiskey, gambling and explosives...
........ But not in that order, cuz you could lose a finger (or worse) that way.....!!!!!!

Yep. Mines a novelty. But they do make a DOT version too.
