Im wondering something need some help.......
Hiya i have been pondering about putting a hypercharger on my bike my question is its an 04 fxst softail has s&s super g carb if i go with a hypercharger how does the enrichner work?? I mean the backing plate for the tear drop air filter has the lever for the enrichener do you put a **** on the enrichner if you put a hypercharger on???? Just wondering.
Just a thought. I do not personally know of anyone who has had a Hypercharger that has not removed it and gone with something else. (including me)
Most of the ones I know personally said the butterfly mechanism quit working at some point and you will really be disappointed if you compare dunk results with it on.

Ok thanks for everyones 0.02 cents now its my turn for my 0.02 cents, i did not ask if they were any good or not let me tell you something anout a hypercharger.... I restored an 1988 883cc sporty put a weisco 1200cc kit on her when got her out she had the round open air cleaner with the screen around it i dont remember the f in name of them but i ran it against my buds 01 softail uphill on this stretch he wiped me up then i put the hypercharger on her on the same stretch i beet his *** and hard he couldnt catch me till the very end and i didnt do anything else to her i did not look at my spedo but when we stopped for a beverage he said do you know how fast you were going i said i didn't even look and he said when he passed me he was doing 120mph so say what you will about the hyperchargers ive had one on the sporty for 8 yrs now and not one single problem what so ever. All i was asking is if you put one on an s&s super g carb do you have to put a **** on the enrichener thats all a simple question actually a yes and no question that is all i want to know.

lol, yeah well. this forum does that ALOT. Seems like somebody asks a question about something and along comes the next dude that lectures about how they shouldn't even do it.

ive got one on my yeller bike.(with a super g carb)it has a round flat **** and you pull up and twist **** to set enricher.... give **** a twist to release enricher.... when i got mine installed around 4 yrs ago, i also got the stinger scoop.... riding in town it was great ... loaded up for a trip and i had to stuff a paper towel in the stinger scoop ( to block it off) because it was giving too much air... i had a round with my indy tuner , not wanting to argue, i increased the intermediate jet 2 sizes larger.. my problems were solved ...it still runs like a raped ape...
