Fall away adjustment
I agree and do it like jrechart. Once done I personally think setting will last a long long time. I have greased mine once in 40K. Checked it at 20K when I did fork oil and again at 40 and it was same. Be sure you are following your service manual for your 2011. There are many different variations for all the different models. 4 versions for 2004 lineup alone I think. Some even have torque value. They all would but like mine would require a special torque wrench that to my knowledge does not even exist. Use the fall away. Do not just tighten it and see what it fills like. Take it from one side to other. Do not worry about it being centered. On yours if I could get to it I would hit the fork head with a plastic mallet and then tighten the fall away a little too tight and then back off an set it. Make sure your lower fork pinch bolts are loose..guess yours are still in front behind all that tin. May center the fall away better. Mine is one of the few with a hole in the back of the fender for a weighted line pointer. My book actual calls to tear it down at 30K
