You have the Easy Bracket system, an aftermarket QR kit.

That system does not utilize a lower saddlebag support arm like the HD kit does. I haven't used the Easy Bracket system so my intent is not to write a negative review about it. But, from reviews I've read about it, a common complaint is that the bags "wobble" because they lack lower support.
