I am trying to decide getting the 5 alarm paint job for my 2012 fatboy lo and a custom red flamed seat or a 2013 black and white Vrod muscle. What would you do?

 

Is the vrod in addition to the fatboy? If so, 2 bikes certainly better than one bike with an overpriced paint job....IMO.

 

Yeah it would be in addition to the fatboy...Im thinking about pulling the trigger this saturday on the muscle or the paint job depending on what i decide. Ive already put 5 grand in parts and stage one on the fatboy lo

Fancy paint is for people that need to be looked at.

Love the denim white V-rod muscle, such a smooth looking bike, probably the only V-Rod I'm a fan of. And 2 bikes are always better than only one of the two with a fancy paint job.

And if you pick the paint, get a custom paint job. Don't spend the big bucks on a HD paint set that you might pull up next to at a light. Overpriced and not unique.

 

Get the V-Rod, I had one and wish I would have kept it....Oh, and that's my wife's V-rod in the background.

 

Vrod for sure but if you have the cash to have this type of issue, just do both, u know u want to!!!!!!!!!!

 

I agree on the vrod. Another bike is always the correct answer. As far as the paint set, They are fairly unique. I am getting the Bombshell set for my Heritage and they are making only 200 total. I doubt I will ever see another one like it. Still I bought an extra bike to do it, so the answer still falls on the Get the other bike side of the poll.
