No, I read it... Lol. I haven't been through all the bikes you have, but the only ones I care much for are the Softails. Love the look and feel. Then again I'm young and have neither the time or need for a touring bike. I can run 800 miles days on my Bones in comfort. To me, it's the best of all worlds.

I agree with the general statement that the Softail may be the last "real" Harley. Sometimes I wish my twinkie 103B could reproduce the old potato-potato idle that the older engines had but I seem to forget all about that every time I crack the ton without fear or notice the absence of oil puddles where I park it or have to deal with loose bolts all the time and all I can do is smile and keep riding.
My rocker runs smooth as a top, but my cousin with a rubber mount, when he stops at a light, it looks like the motor wants to jump out of the frame...I'm with you.
