I just wanted to give some love to J.D. at Shotgun Shock. He makes a kick-*** product and backs it up with out-of-this-world customer service. I have had his system on my bike for over a year with no issues, but last weekend while away at a rally with my wife (her first rally on the bike) the compressor failed. Of course the bike was aired-out at the time, it was our first day there and there was no way we could ride 2-up like that since my fishtails were dragging and the tire was rubbing the internal wiring, etc. J.D. answered several calls from me while at another rally out in CA and helped me get the bike rideable for the remainder of the weekend and ride home. Then today I received an express package with a brand-new compressor, wiring connection and air line at my house at no charge. He really runs a kick-*** operation. I just wanted to pass along the info and say Thank You again!

 

I think JD should run for governor lol
