That's what I've got left of my $2,000 accessory credit. ($1,406.93)

Already added are passenger footboards and a 3-pouch windshield bag. Matching passenger touring pillion is on order. Leaving the above total.

I'm thinking of fitting engine guard and pegs into that, and possibly a taller windshield. Buuuut, we're also maybe thinking about changing out the stock shocks - not a cheap mod.

So - what would YOU try to cram into that $1,406 before stuff started coming out-of-pocket (and thus at a slower pace)?

I wouldn't waste it on a taller winshield. Upgrade the seat maybe? Pipes, A/C, Tune? Don't know what mods you got already. I assume it is money that has to be spent at the HD dealer?

Yeah, it's an accessory credit we were given when we purchased the bike. It's just in their system, so, yeah, have to spend it there. Stage-1, maybe. I'm happy with the performance for the most part, so looking at mostly comfort and usability mods at this point.

I'd go for performance upgrades vs. turning it into a catalog queen.

Not sure what you mean by "catalog queen," but I'm not even remotely considering any appearance-only parts (chrome covers, etc) - I'm very much a "function over form" dude.

Ok / good … but I’m just saying. You have asked for opinions, and I have given you mine.

There is an idea. At the closest dealership to me, they sell honda dirt bikes too. I would buy the kids another CRF50.
