Again, in a normal ride standing still is not a major time consuming event.
Count your blessings! Most people considering fans or coolers spend considerable amounts of time roasting in traffic. If you lived in a dense urban environment where traffic jams are a daily occurrence you would see it differently.

I live in the Philippines. It gets hot here all year round. Traffic in Manila can be horrific.

I got an HD oil cooler and Wards cooling fan installed. Dropped 70F before I had both installed.

The best I have seen by far... Dual narrow Jagg oil cooler with what seemed like a custom oil filter cover with 4 ports. 2 outlets 2 inlets.
