Default Extended Pegs for Deuce

I find that my boot is too close to the brake pedal on the Deuce and riding with the foot on edge of peg is not comfortable. Stock air cleaner but that is not a problem. I see where Harley makes a 5" extended peg (chrome ends). Has anyone had experience with these? I see other comments about stirrups but not sure whether I would want those.

I have a 2000 Deuce and ride the Kuryakin pegs with the heel stirrups and find them very comfortable and they can be adjusted to just about any height or angle to suit your riding style. I too am looking for highway pegs. I don't want an engine guard, I like the clean look of my bike. I would like to stretch out during longer rides and cant seem to find anything that doesn't require the engine guard or forward controls.
I might have to have to just machine my own set, as long as they look cool.

Rivco makes a frame mounted set of highway pegs in black or chrome. I took the engine guard off of the bike I just purchased and going to buy these from Dennis Kirk.
