Default Crash Bars & Pipes

New 06 Deluxe coming in on Monday. Wondering who has crash bars. I am looking into the round "older" style bars. Anyone have any input or pictures?? Also undecided on new pipes. leaning toward Rhineharts. Looking for some advice.

Have crash bars and VH pipes. Look at the Rinehart thread running around here right now. You need to know.

H-D's new Moustache bar is pretty good looking. Put one on my Fat Boy a while back.

Hey Morrone - I put Vance & Hines (Big Radius) on my fatty, love em. They have a nice throaty sound and pretty loud but not obnoxious. Good luck wiyh your decision.

Check out my photo gallery to see what they look like on the Deluxe. I like them since they give the bike a fatter look, but some folks like the streamline look. The V&H Longshots sound and look awsome.

Check the Motor Company's web site part number 49037-05 for a nostalgic type engine guard (about $190.00). They are shown on page 341 of the 2006 catalog (looks like that might be a picture of a Deluxe).
