I have a set of 2003 Heritage Springer saddlebags up for grabs. The right side bag has some damage from road rash but it's repairable (I bought them in this condition). The damage is on both buckles and on the trim binding, view pics. I contacted Dave from Ospray Saddlebags and he quoted me $70 to repair the damage including buckle replacement with original HD buckles. The left side bag is in very good condition with normal minor wear. I have added PVC bag stiffeners to the bags so they are stiff and hold their shape, stiffeners are included. Both bags have some cracking on the hard plastic backing which I repaired with JB Weld. Asking $400 shipped. Please feel free to ask any questions. Thanks for looking.
I actually like those over my stock Heritage bags, but the wife's starting to squirm at the money I've already spent this year...
I hear ya bro im in the same boat. I some how ended up with two sets of these and need to unload one set (bought both the same week, "ouch"). IMHO I think these are the best looking bags for a Softail.
Someone in the softail section is looking for a set of these. Even said they wouldn't mind if they are a bit beat up. I shot him the link to your post. Hopefully these are what he's after and you guys can make a deal. Good luck!
