I think we need to be ready to ride by 8:00 to have plenty of time for stops and sightseeing.


Really hope you all get here by 5 or so and can make it to the house. Good food and good times.

Info on supper on Sunday. If you want any beverages other than tea, coffee and soda please bring them with you.


Also, I live on a gravel road that could be a little slick if wet so here is the deal. If it is raining call me and I will come to the motel and pick you up. It's only about 1 1/2 miles so not an issue. Please don't take a chance of ruining the ride before it starts. 505-215-4978.

The Texans made it home today! What a wonderful trip! We had a great time ... it's always fun to spend time with old and new friends! What great roads we rode! Bill and Arlene thanks for all the work you put in to making this such a fantastic vacation for us! And thanks for opening your home to all of us for a terrific meal to start off the "Green Chili Run"!
the entire trip could not have been any better!!! Steve and Sandy thanks for all your leading - with that new bike we might not be able to keep up with you guys next time! HaHa!! Looking forward to the next trip!

We made it home Sunday night. It made for a long day, but we avoided the worst of the heat that way. I have to say I think this was the best GCR yet. We had such a great group of people, and Bill and Arleen did such a great job of putting this all together for all of us.
Everything we shared together, the scenery, the endless apexes, the rain and hail, and most of all the laughter and friendship will be a memory I'll cherish forever.
Charlie, I know you're up for it, and I'll bet any time I check my mirror, you'll be in it.
