Really have enjoyed following this build. I ride an XR1200, so very little of your products are applicable, but should I ever add a traditional Sportster to the garage, you have been a great inspiration for mods and improvements.

i promised a little revue on the suspension on the 48 compared to my progressive frontend on my iron.
there is less dip on the front when braking with my 300 pounds nice(the progressive is soft with my weight but goes up when i let go off the brake), the rear schocks sort off goes down just a little when you apply the trottle and just holds that hight in the schocks i like that cause it feels inspiering/confident when riding.
Devin did just adjust it roughly to my weight it may need to be alittle softer then it was.
but the bike feels planted/stabel even with those in my appinion crap tires(they are just for looks)
and even though it´s stabel/planted it´s very comfy(take´s the crappy roads around memphis pretty good), dispit the thin seat and handelbars that really cramped me(being 6"2 and long legs), my street glide schocks are comfy but at 10 psi they wallo abit going over white lines(yellow lines in the us)the DK one´s don´t do that that is a big plus in my book, so iam leaning towards getting some rear schocks maybe next year.
and Kevin iam sorry i feelt that the 48 was faster then the green mean machine
i did have 2 great day´s visiting you all will be comming back just not staying at the super 8 in memphis again
sorry about the spelling ask away if there is something that you don´t get
i really like the suspension setup on the 48
regards
Sören
