Forty Eight Fender Chop
Spent all day doing this mod.

Believe it or not, the hardest part was fabricating the rear turn signal mounts and drilling holes and rewiring. PITA!!
Need a lot of tools and even more patience.
This is on Stock Suspension on the lowest perch.
Tell me what you think.

Nice .. Keep changing your bike more.. That way if we ever meet our bikes look as different as possible. I ride 2 up so chopping the fender isn't an option for me.. I have thought that if I keep the 48 forever and eventually get a second bike for 2 up I might just say screw it and hard tail her.. Your chop looks smooth and factory dude.. Well done

Under the seat there are plugs. If you email us asking for a copy of the instructions, we will email them back to you. It's a super easy install.

Fender chops looks so good on these bikes! Nice job., although I didn't think it was too much of a pain-in-the-***. It's easy to utilize the rear most fender holes by trimming the fender at the front, pushing it back to meet the tail-light holes, removing the stalk from the tail-light assemblies, and use the existing bolt from them the mount the fender. Wiring is a breeze too...
