Default help me decided for my 48

Hey. I want some help on deciding between Pirelli night dragon 130/90 and 150/80 or Metzeler 880 or 888 in a 160/80 rear. i dont think the 888 come in 160/80. I like the idea of going a little wider, but i know that its not that much wider. Also im new to the cruiser tires what is the MT90? that is same at a 130/90? Also has anyone gone bigger on their front tire 140 or even 150? or gone smaller to a 120? I posted in another thread but it looks that that one is kinda dead. I am also open to other tires something softer then the oems. night dragons seem to be legit if i could go 160 with them then i would need this post. also i dont think the 180/70 dragon would be smart with my stock wheel. im front cali and like to hit the snake on weekends as well drive to work (20 min drive)

Keep the tyres the oem size, it will handle and feel better. Go with the Night Dragons, grippier tyres if you like chucking it about in the turns also Michelin commander 2 aren't a bad tyre.

are any of the night dragons radial? I have finding a lot of sizes marked B and ones that are not. also would it matter if i got the 130/90 rear and used it in the front? or do you think there is a different in their 130/90 front tire?

There is a differance between front and rear tyres, so I really wouldnt recommend putting a rear on the front, comes down to compound of the tyre and what they are designed to do.
I would think the night dragons can be run with tubes as I've seen them on spoked wheels before and I've personally used commander 2 with tubes. Most of theses tyres are designed to be run with or without a tube as far as I know, and in matching sets.

I run Night Dragons on my 1200. They are a great tire in the twisties and in the rain. When these wear out I will buy another set. They seem to be a little more beefy than the stock garbage Harley puts on.
