Default Springs and such

Because i'm stupid, Im upping my springs for the se-536 cams I'm installing.

so far have ordered but, not married to:
  • 25649-01A SCREAMIN’ EAGLE PRO HIGH-PERFORMANCE XL CAMS
  • 18013-03A HARLEY DAVIDSON SCREAMING EAGLE PERFORMANCE VALVE SPRING KIT
  • Cometic MLS Head Gaskets 3.57" ....030" MLS

The valve springs in 2004+ the buell xb-ish xl1200 heads are rated to .550 lift. The se-536 cams. .. .536. It would seem that i am safe with stock. I went ahead and ordered the hd performance springs just to cya but,

1. i'm hearing/reading the andrews .550 springs and titanium collars are better... all sites selling the list them as 89-03 xl... no further. Why is that?

2. I'm not opposed to ditching the se springs if there a better choice of premium spring for .536 lift at 4500+ rpm where my bike currently lives?

3. Has anyone installed these and had issues with clearances (piston- valve or valve-valve) that needed to be cleaned up during install?

4. Any other warnings?

Please dont: this...bunch of disrespect and then are wrong. Lets not and say we did. Please

Please dont: mention head work. Please don't. I'm not doing it. Not on a plane. Not on a train... green eggs and ham. -Yes, i know he ended up liking the green eggs and ham... i would probably like the head work. round town bike, not a drag bike. I have nothing to prove.

I was looking at cams last month and even the Harley dealer pointed me towards Andrews instead of SE cams. Maybe these will help?

yes sir. I dialed back from the 585 cams.

I read that nhrs discussions and the similar hammer version. Ended up here: http://www.1250kits.com/ttxlheads.shtml

based on that, i should be cool but, i'm checking all over before commiting to the explosion. Hd recommends replacement of beat old springs. No clwar line of what "beat" is though. But high rpm usage is in there and i average 5000+ due to the grenades.
