You can by the Pro Street Tuner from H.D. and download the software and flash the bike yourself. That's what I did. I saved some money by buying from an H.D. dealer on-line. They had sale prices on everything, free shipping, and I didn't have to pay sales tax.
I was going to get the Pro Street Tuner from HD. But on the HD website when I look at fitment it says it doesnt fit my 2008 XL1200C. I could get one and the my tune software for less than $300. So does it fit efi sportys?

Well I don't think the pro street tuner is the way to go here. There's lots of other options out there. I'm looking at a power vision unit from fuelmoto, and from what I've been reading great customer service and support is an A+ for me.
I think Harley's units ( Street tuner ) are limited as to what they can do as to EPA regs ( someone correct me if I'm wrong ) but fp3 PV etc are not controlled buy the tree hugging industry Greenies.
Just my 2c
The Power Vision is worth every cent of the 500 bills that it cost. Once you get it, just load the CD on to your computer and do all the updates on it. I think I had to update mine about 3 or 4 times before it was ready for my 1200C. Once it's connected to your bike it's married forever. It will have to go with your bike if you ever sell it. This is the best part about the Power Vision if your canned tuned isn't just right. I haven't gotten a decal pop ever after doing this.

uh oh, so if I have 2 bikes, I can't use it for both?
