I really like the look of the Willie and Max SB380 "American Classic" saddlebags, and heaven knows I need SOME storage for carrying things while on my scoot (2005 XL1200R). I want to get the SB380's and mount them with the "Easy Brackets" and I was wondering if anyone else has already been successful in doing this and if you're happy with the brackets and bags.

Me too. I had a set of Willie and Max bags on my Magna (many many moons ago) and loved them. I want another set for the sporty.

 

The saddlebag brackets were already on 'Miss Scarlet' when I bought her. I bought the Willie & Max American Classic bags back in '98. Seven years later, lots of miles, and they still look great!

I like the design that has the top 'capping' over the bag. I've never had a leak, even in a rainstorm.

I think the W&M American Classic bags are the best you can buy for them money.
