IMHO, V&H, for sure... It's a good problem to have.

Darryl Bassani doesn't make junk. even the sweepers are stepped performers

I have sweepers on my sportster. They're loud. And they sound really good. You won't be disappointed.

V&H is known for quality. I've had them on all 5 of my Harleys. They bring the exhaust to life, and they are loud AF.

I haven't changed the stock filter yet, unfortunately. But, it hasn't melted.

Something else to consider... With the bassani pipes stock passenger pegs won't work. There is a bracket to mount the peg in a different location. I don't know if the pipes come with the mount or if it something you buy separate. I have no clue how the v&h work with pegs. Maybe someone else will chime in with that information.

Just saw you have a '17. My info pertains to an '05
