So I checked my manual all over again and after reading more carefully there is no torque sequence available.

Just snug and tighten as you would a car wheel. This way it goes on nice n flat with no pinch points.

Took off the primary cover and cleaned it as best I could. I made sure to also clean the mating surface and wiped off the area with carb cleaner. Then, I reinstalled and torqued to 90 in lb, fired her up but the bike still has a baby leak. It's definitely coming from the bottom part of the case and I would have to say that its the bolt back (towards rear wheel) from the foot peg mount. I'm wondering if it's just not a good gasket or if I needed to treat the new gasket with some type of sealant. The OEM gasket was much thicker than the James Gasket that I purchased.
One thing I noticed was that the new gasket has some type of orange/red sealing line following the perimeter of the new gasket. It almost seems as if it would act as a sealant but I'm wondering if the bike has to go under heat for some time for the that orange/red trim to actually adhere to the primary surfaces. Any guesses? I'm also at the point that I'll go to my local dealer to pick up an OEM gasket and see if I have any better luck.

*update*
Gasket replaced with OEM and works like a charm.

Glad to hear it worked out! When it comes to gaskets and such OEM always cost more than aftermarket (especially HD). But, they work as designed and it pays off in the long run.
