Hey guys. I've been having a strange issue with my bike. This problem started when I had a new Vance and Hines Big Radius exhaust and a K&N Air 63-1131 Air Cleaner installed. When I'm changing gears the bike kind of hiccups, there's a slight, and the bike doesn't accelerate. This only happens for a second, and primarily before the bike is warm. But it does have every once in awhile once it is warm. Anyone have this problem before.

 

Did you reflash the ECM? If not it could/might be a lean condition seeing you've gone with a more free flowing exhaust AND air cleaner.

 

The ECM has been refreshed. I'm actually using a FuelPak3 to flash/tune.

 

Changing your exhaust & AC to higher flowing units will cause a leaner air/fuel mixture. Whatever you reflashed with is still too lean.
