Default Sportster 1200 elevated jetting

I just bought some straight pipes for my Sportster 1200, I already have a screaming eagle air intake. I know that I'll need to go down a size on the pilot jet and up a size or two for the main. However, I'm unsure of what I'll need to do for the needle, air to fuel ratio screw and apparently there is some sort of spring that I am unfamiliar with and it improves throttle response. I live in Utah, so elevation of 4,550 feet will effect it all. Any advice on what to do? Thank you in advance!

Check with a local tuner, they know what works in your area...

I tried and they told me to order a dynojet kit and that there are too many fuel/air ratio adjustments to tell me over the phone. Is this true or did I get someone not so helpful?
I'm also wondering where I can find a different sized needles to try

Going DOWN on the pilot jet size would be unusual. With a free flowing A/C & exhaust you have more air flow into the intake and you typically balance that with more fuel (larger pilot) unless your bike was already running too rich in the range of 0 to 3/4 throttle.

The place to start is to remove and identify your existing jet sizes, the very small numbers are stamped on the end of the jets. You'll likely need a magnifying glass.
