Question Swing Arm Bag?
Looking at different swing arm bags and wanted some input. Is the Oem Harley Bag worth the price difference? At $199.00 it's $100.00 more than the Wille & Max. Is leather that much better? Will the synthetic stand up to the test of time? Any input is greatly appreciated.

I just put a La Rosa bag with fuel bottle on my 48. I like the looks and the way it fits the bike. I bought the synethic leather instead of real leather. Much cheaper than real leather and seems to be well made. Good luck

I have this bag from Dead Creek along with their hard mount. Thats my 48 in their pics. after several years it still looks as good as new.

I've got the same one as awilson40, and I really like it. It is useable with just the leather straps, but much better with the hard mount.

I have the Viking which is a hard swinger bag so it keeps it's shape. I did the La Rosa soft leather bag first but after a little bit it flops and looks like hell,...IMO. I have a sissy bar now so I'm going to list the swinger bag. It will work with passenger pegs so long as you get the peg extension (DK sells them). DM me if you're interested. Very light signs of use. I'd prob let it go for $50 plus ship.

The Oem Harley bag is really high quality, holds a lot more than the willie and max, and mounts without touching the bike so there is no way to have paint damage from rubbing. The willie and max bag will damage your paint. I know from experience

https://badgcustoms.com has some good bags, fair prices and great quality. Have one on my sportster and there's more room in that thing than any other swingers bag I've seen so far.
