Im looking to do a couple upgrades to my 07 883L some vance and hines straightshots and and i wanna upgrade the air intake im thinking one of the screaming eagles. Will either or both of these upgrades require remapping??

 

You will need to do a tune if you do both. I have a 2007 1200 and went with a DK Customs air cleaner and a Cobra 2 into 1 exhaust. I have a Powervision but then had her put on a dyno.

 

Agree with what Billy W said, one thing you may want to consider especially if you haven't yet purchased your air cleaner and that is get one which requires the use of an external engine breather kit.
As far as I'm aware most if not all S/E air cleaners are the internal breather type and isn't an ideal set-up with the engine feeding crank case fumes back into the engine, and they run so much nicer with the external type. Have a look on the DK website they not only have them in stock but they probably give you all the info as to why you should consider using one.
