I have the factory set up on mine. True that it does cost about 300 to get them on, but personally, I think it was worth it.

Could do a hi/lo xenon kit for the bike, would draw less power than those 80/100 bulbs. Fairly inexpensive from ebay, I have one on my car been running now for over 5 years hasn't blown out yet.

That is the next thing I want for my bike. I have a question for the guys that have them......in all the pictures posted on here.....it seems that the signal lights have been relocated......on my 04 custom its seems that there is enough room for them to still be mounted on the handlebars......did yall just like them remounted lower or what???

Question for those who know the answer.................
(if you don't know the answer, don't bother reading the question)
(just kidding, I just couldn't resist the temptation totype that)

Anyways, if you put the HD auxillary lighting on, does that limit your HDwindshield option? The best I can tell is that you have to use #57716 "detatchable compact windshield for xl and dnya models with auxillary lighting."

It appears to be cut to fit around the lights.
The only problem I have noticed with the picture is itinstalled on a Roadster model in which the headlight sets a couple of inches higher than it does on my Custom. Which means it may not look very good on my bike. Any thoughts?

Mid Life Crisis- For me personally, I didnt like the location of the factory hung turn signals, so that was part of what i wanted to do. I think that can stay right were they are, and not have to move them.

Indy Jeff- The HD lights will limit the type windshield you can run. I have heard that you can cut off the part that hang down, and run them, or maybe use a WindVest of some type? I dont really know. I dont run a windshield.
